Amy Thomas Perez has more than 20 years of experience assisting clients with some of their most challenging family law matters. In her practice, Amy takes a common-sense approach to family disputes, helping her clients balance their emotions so they can focus on the facts of their case and make an informed decision. Amy got involved in Collaborative Law because it is an effective way to defuse hostility and establish a foundation for a future of healthy co-parenting. She is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Houston Northwest Bar Association and The Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court.
Amy is a graduate of Baylor University and earned her J.D. with honors from South Texas College of Law. She lives in Spring, Texas, with her four children and husband.
